Tall and toned is my preference. I am pretty curvy so skinny doesn't do it for me. And bodybuilders, eck! I don't mind a little meat on a man though.

I like them to be toned, but not overly muscular. And the runner's body - real wiry - that isn't for me either... Something lean, but not over the top.
